Objects intended to remain should also be capable of restoration.
Our Confidence
Every Reginald Parker piece is made by hand, one at a time, using carefully selected materials and traditional construction methods chosen for their durability and repairability.
Because each item is individually crafted and inspected before it leaves the workshop, we stand behind our workmanship with complete confidence.
Should a fault arise as a result of our craftsmanship or construction at any point during the life of the piece, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee
Our lifetime guarantee covers defects arising from workmanship, construction, or assembly.
This includes issues such as:
- Stitching failure resulting from workmanship
- Structural defects in construction
- Premature failure of components due to manufacturing faults
- Defects identified in materials supplied by us
If a fault is determined to be the result of our workmanship, Reginald Parker will repair or replace the item at no cost to the owner.
RESTORATION PROGRAMME
Ownership leaves marks. We do not consider this failure.
To support long-term ownership, Reginald Parker offers restoration services for wear developed through use.
Available services include:
• Edge refinishing
• Stitch repair
• Conditioning and care
• Structural restoration where possible
• Assessment and maintenance
Restoration services are offered at only the cost of the time and materials needed.
