The Regent Cardholder

The Regent Cardholder was designed around a simple idea: carry only what you need, and carry it well.

Its slim profile slips easily into a jacket or trouser pocket while providing space for the cards and notes used every day. Clean lines and understated detailing allow the materials and craftsmanship to speak for themselves.

Each piece is made individually in our workshop from Walpier Buttero, a premium vegetable-tanned leather produced in Tuscany and prized for its rich character, durability, and ability to develop a unique patina over time.

Every stitch is placed by hand using Fil au Chinois linen thread and traditional saddle-stitch construction. Unlike machine stitching, each stitch is independent, creating a seam that remains strong, serviceable, and repairable for decades to come.

The edges are finished entirely by hand through a multi-stage process of sanding, burnishing, waxing, and heat treatment. This labour-intensive approach creates the smooth finish and long-term durability expected of fine leather goods.

There are no synthetic linings, bonded leathers, or disposable materials. Only full-grain leather, traditional construction, and careful attention to detail.

Over time, the leather will darken, soften, and develop a patina unique to its owner, becoming more personal with every year of use.
